Aidova is an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) app developed and operated by JMC Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using Aidova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Aidova on behalf of a child or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the app.
Aidova is a communication support tool designed to help children, teenagers and adults express needs, feelings and choices through symbols, images and text-to-speech.
Aidova is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It is not a replacement for speech and language therapy or any other professional intervention. Always consult qualified professionals for medical or therapeutic advice.

If you are setting up Aidova for a child, you confirm that you are their parent, legal guardian, or have appropriate authority to do so.
Aidova offers a Free plan that includes core communication features at no cost, with no time limit. The Free plan is yours to keep regardless of whether you subscribe to a paid plan.
Premium and Premium Plus plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices are displayed in the app and on our website at aidova.app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@aidova.app.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (web) or through Apple / Google Play (mobile app stores). We do not store your card details.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We offer refunds at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Aidova, please contact us at hello@aidova.app and we will do our best to help.
For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be made through those platforms directly.
All data you create in Aidova — including custom buttons, photos, voice recordings, profiles and settings — belongs to you. It is stored on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

Aidova, the Aidova logo, and CHEWAID® are trademarks of JMC Collective Ltd. The app's code, design and content are owned by JMC Collective Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of Aidova without our written permission.
You agree not to use Aidova to:
We aim to keep Aidova available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or temporarily suspend the app at any time for maintenance or improvements.
We will always aim to maintain or improve the features available to existing subscribers.
Aidova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMC Collective Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will notify users via the app or by email where possible.
